Season’s greetings filled the air at Calvary Cooinda Residential Aged Care in Singleton, for the second consecutive year, as the Malabar team embarked on a mission to bring joy to the residents. The Malabar Resources team transformed into Santa’s little helpers, personally delivering Christmas gifts to all 33 residents at Calvary Cooinda as part of our Community Sponsorship Program. The Calvary facility, offering both permanent aged care and residential respite care, plays a crucial role in the local community.
The residents were overjoyed with the visit and were recipients of gift packs including Christmas chocolates, puddings, coffee cups, hand creams, handkerchiefs, and handwritten cards. Many residents, to the team’s delight, even remembered their visit from the previous year.
Among the residents was Patricia Pike, who joyfully celebrated her 102nd Christmas this year!
As the gifts were distributed, the Malabar Resources team expressed their heartfelt wishes for all the residents to enjoy a wonderful Christmas!
