Healthy Harold, an iconic program with over 45 years of experience, offers interactive, engaging sessions that promote physical, social, and emotional well-being among children and young adults. The sessions aim to empower students to make positive, safe, and healthy choices throughout their lives.
Students at Muswellbrook Public School enjoyed various hands-on activities and educational lessons, all designed to foster a healthier lifestyle.
