Update on the Spur Hill Underground Coking Coal Project

Spur Hill Management Pty Ltd (Spur Hill Management), a subsidiary of Malabar Resources, has today informed the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment and Water that it is withdrawing its referral under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (EPBC Act) for the Spur Hill Underground Coking Coal Project.
