We’re proud to welcome two more Load Haul Dump (LHD) units to our growing fleet as we continue to build capacity and capability at Malabar’s Maxwell Underground project.
These versatile machines are the true workhorses of underground coal mining, handling everything from material movement to specialised support tasks. Each unit is special in its own right: one marks the 100th LHD manufactured by Torque Enterprises Pty Ltd, while the other features a unique colour scheme promoting mental health awareness, a powerful reminder that it’s always okay to speak up and seek support.
