Over a two-year period, a cattle grazing project on Malabar Resources’ rehabilitation of the former Drayton open-cut mine has yielded remarkable results for local farmers, Kell and Rob Parish. The initiative, which involved strategic rotation of cattle in different paddocks on the site, led to thriving livestock, demonstrating the potential for productive and sustainable land use post-mining operations.
