Electronic public hearing by the IPC for Maxwell Underground Project set for November

The NSW Department of Planning, Industry & Environment has concluded its assessment of the Maxwell Underground Coal Mine Project and passed it on to the Independent Planning Commission NSW for determination. The Commission will conduct a public hearing electronically, providing an opportunity for community members to express their perspectives on the project, with detailed instructions available for participation.
