Our team recently joined forces with Sustainable Futures – Muswellbrook and the crew from Warriors Disability Services to give 90 native seedlings a new home. From Dianella and Cliff Bottlebrush to Native May bush, coast tea-tree, and Red Mint Bush, each plant was chosen for its value as bush food, medicine, or ground cover, helping to restore biodiversity and support local ecosystems.
Despite the chilly start, spirits were high and the work flew by, fuelled at the finish line by Warriors’ homemade pumpkin soup (thank you, it was delicious!).
A shout-out to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and made a difference for our region’s green future.
